BeaverBeads™ coated with silicon are specially developed for nucleic acid extraction and purification. The surface is modified with a large number of OH or COOH groups. Based on the mechanism that magnetic beads can specifically adsorb nucleic acids in large quantities under certain conditions and desorb when conditions change, silica hydroxyl magnetic beads with rapid magnetic response are developed to meet the needs of rapid separation and purification of nucleic acid. Undecorated beads with hydroxyl silica surface, can extract the blood DNA and RNA from animal and plant tissues and forensic samples in cell culture medium.
