1, Description:
This product applies Beaver bio and nano surface technology (S-TEC), coating high-density Streptavidin (SA) directionally into micro pores of the ELISA plate. Its coating density on the surface of plate is as high as 9.3x10 13 molecules/cm2 . Streptavidins (SA) distribute evenly. The largest biotin binding capacity of SA Matrix Coated 96-Well Plate is 5 pmol per hole and is able to detect Biotin-IgG (Rabbit) as low as 0.5 ng. This product can be widely applied in immuno-precipitation, ELISA, and other nucleic acids and protein pull-down reaction. This product is for research use only.
