BeaverBeads™ Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit is used to rapidly and efficiently extract genomic DNA from tissues samples. This product can be manually used for a small amount of samples, but also suitable for high-throughput automated workstations. Extracted genomic DNA can be used for diagnosis, PCR amplification, detection and other follow-up experiments.
 
Detection principle
The product uses superparamagnetic microspheres to specifically adsorb DNA and removes other impurities through washing. DNA adsorbed on
magnetic microspheres was dissociated with elution buffer, and high quality nucleic acid was obtained.
