diethylaminoethyl (DEAE), which can maintain stable high protein binding capacity within the operating range of pH 3-12.Compared with traditional column chromatography purification methods, Magrose DEAE magnetic beads do not require pretreatment of crude protein samples (such as, repeated cumbersome centrifugation, time-consuming and laborious filtration operation). In addition, there is no need to control the flow rate and column pressure, and expensive chromatography equipment is not required. For proficient operators, the extraction of high-purity target proteins can be completed in a short time, and the parallel processing of multiple samples can be easily achieved, achieving high-throughput protein purification.
